Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Boyle!” Taylor’s cousin, who had the honor of officiating their ceremony, called out to the crowd. The air was thick with excitement as Taylor and Jacob made their way down the aisle, their faces beaming with joy. The applause was deafening, a sea of clapping hands and heartfelt cheers from their loved ones. Taylor and Jacob were glowing, their happiness palpable, and the energy of the room only made their love shine even brighter. They shared one last kiss in the middle of the aisle before exiting the room. As they stepped out of the ceremony space, something beautiful happened. Without missing a beat, Taylor leaped into Jacob's arms with an exuberance that only pure love can inspire. He spun her around in a moment straight out of a romance novel, the kind of moment every hopeless romantic dreams of. In that spin, it was just the two of them—it was the beginning of their forever, a shared world filled with joy, love, and uncontainable excitement.

When Jacob gently placed Taylor back on the ground, it wasn’t without a tight embrace and one more stolen kiss—sweet, sincere, and full of everything they felt for each other. They exchanged a look, the kind that speaks volumes without saying a word. Both of them smiling brighter than the sun, and I can say that confidently because the sun was hiding behind the clouds that day. So essentially, Taylor and Jacob were the warmth and light on their wedding day. And then Taylor broke the silence between them, laughing and saying, “Omg Jake, your vows. They were perfect! It was exactly what they should have been.” And she was absolutely right. The vows they shared only moments earlier were nothing short of perfection. They were witty, full of their unique personalities, and sprinkled with humor that had the entire crowd laughing. Yet, they were also deeply heartfelt, so much so that tears of joy were in abundance. Every word they spoke felt genuine, like a direct reflection of who they are as a couple—two people madly in love and perfectly in tune with each other. Two people who have spent more than a decade building a life together. Two people who are ready to continue building and growing side by side.

It was a moment that summed up their love story in the most beautiful way. Taylor and Jacob are never anything but themselves. They tease each other often but in the same breath remind one another of how much their hearts beat for the other. They bring out the best in each other even in the stressful moments. Laughter is a staple in their relationship and they make sure to make each other laugh often. Just like during their second engagement session. (Yes, I am truly that blessed to have been able to spend time with these two on two separate occasions before the big day). Taylor and Jacob exist in their own bubble. Not in a bad way. But in a loving way. Just like the moment when he spun her around after the ceremony as if no one was watching them, Taylor and Jacob become so enamored with one another. It was honestly, like that all day long. It makes me smile reliving those moments. Especially because Taylor and Jacob showed us all that sometimes, the most magical moments are the ones where you’re simply lost in each other’s embrace, with the world cheering you on.

I love their vows and the moments after their ceremony because it was the perfect reminder that, even on a day as important as your wedding day, it’s okay to be playful, to laugh, and to simply be yourselves. For Taylor and Jacob, that was the secret. Their love isn’t about perfection; it is about authenticity, about embracing every laugh, every tear, every spontaneous kiss, and even the moments that may not go exactly as planned. And what I love even more about Taylor and Jacob is their hearts. They are so genuine. They are truly so kind. And they shower everyone they meet with the same love that they have for each other. Taylor and Jacob are truly the joy on a bad day and the light on a dark one. They care so deeply about others and they are very poetic with their words when doing so. They are the type of people to approach you on THEIR wedding day and ask you how you are doing (speaking from experience!). I learned about their kind natures during our first engagement session when they showed me grace and patience in a moment when most people would be annoyed and confused. Taylor and Jacob are the type of people who smile and light up a room. They both smile so purely that it reaches their eyes. Or some would say, you can see their joy and happiness in their eyes. The sparkle that never fades. It makes being around them so pleasant. Their presence is calming and welcoming. And their friendship is one that you want in your life for as long as you can.

So, Taylor and Jacob... I don't really have the words to express my gratitude. Thank you for the beautiful reminder to not make the your wedding day perfect, but to make it yours. A reminder to let the laughter flow, cherish the little moments, and most importantly, focus on each other. Because when it’s all said and done, the most important part of the day is the love you share and the promise of forever that follows. Thank you for all of the beautiful memories I have with you to hold near and dear to my heart. Thank you for simply being your loving selves. Thank you for welcoming me into your lives and giving me what feels like a permanent spot as your photographer and your friend. I don't know what I did to be blessed with your trust and friendship, but man I am so thankful for you!
